I'm Ben. I sell homes, explain the weird stuff, and occasionally make the internet mad.

Not Your Typical Realtor Origin Story
Most real estate bios sound like they were written in a corporate conference room with bad coffee and too many buzzwords.
Mine probably sounds more like someone who's spent 14 years studying marketing, sales psychology, human behavior, negotiation, and why people make emotional decisions over countertops.
I help buyers and sellers across the Denver Metro area make smart real estate moves without the pressure, fake urgency, or "now is the perfect time to buy" speeches. Sometimes buying makes sense. Sometimes renting makes sense. My job is to help you figure out the difference.
Before real estate, I spent over a decade helping businesses grow revenue, generate leads, and position themselves in competitive markets. Turns out… selling a home isn't that different. Attention matters. Positioning matters. Timing matters. Human psychology matters even more.
Outside of real estate, I'm a husband, dad, endurance runner, and someone who voluntarily signs up for races long enough to question every life decision somewhere around mile 40. Which honestly prepares you pretty well for negotiations and the Denver housing market.
I'm fascinated by how cities evolve, why one neighborhood explodes in value while another stalls, and why two nearly identical homes can sell for wildly different prices. Real estate is less about property and more about people.
If you work with me, expect honesty, strategy, sarcasm, clear communication, and probably a few jokes during showings. Because buying or selling a home is stressful enough already.
And yes… I'll absolutely tell you if the house is overpriced.
